These providers have not approved, endorsed, certified, or validated RiTrade or its import functionality. Listing a provider identifies a supported report format; it does not indicate an official integration or relationship.

Screenshots and illustrations labelled as demo data show example records for demonstrating the software. They do not represent verified customer performance, typical trading results, or returns you should expect from using RiTrade.

Alpha status, accuracy, and compatibility

RiTrade is in Alpha and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or calculation and import errors. Features and supported formats may change between releases.

Import compatibility depends on your account, report format, and app version. A provider may change its exports, and a listing on this website does not guarantee compatibility with every report.

Check imported trades, fees, and calculated results against your original broker records. Keep copies of your original reports and regular backups of your RiTrade data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RiTrade’s developer and website operator accept no liability for losses or damage arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on RiTrade or this website. This includes trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, and indirect or consequential losses.

If liability nevertheless arises and may lawfully be limited, the combined total liability of RiTrade’s developer and website operator for all claims arising from or relating to RiTrade or this website is limited to one Singapore dollar (S$1) in aggregate, rather than S$1 per claim.

Neither the exclusion nor the S$1 cap applies to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Neither provision takes away rights or remedies that the law protects.

Where Singapore law requires an exclusion or limitation of liability to be reasonable, the exclusion and the S$1 cap apply only to the extent that they meet that requirement.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
